Hydrogenated vegetable oil and Cetearyl Alcohol. It acts as a co-emulsifier, emollient, binder, consistency factor and superfatting agent. It is a controlled regulated composition of selected hardened vegetable oils and wax alcohol. Provide consistency in emulsions, has oil-binding components and control at different temperatures.
