Guar gum, 2-hydroxy-3-(trimethylammonio) propyl ether chloride. SUNCOS-CG 3515D by Sunita Hydrocolloids acts as a lubricant, thickener, softening-, foaming- and conditioning agent. It is chemically modified derivative of guar gum, which is a galactomannan polysaccharide obtained from ground endosperm of the legume cyamopsis tetragonolobus. It is cationic in nature and manufactured by reacting guar gum with a quaternary ammonium compound to obtain guar hydroxypropyl trimonium chloride. Provides foam stability and lubricity. SUNCOS-CG 3515D is used in hair & skin care products, cleansing & bathing products.
