It provides hydrating properties, lubricity and moisture loss resistance. Its applications include creams and lotions, hair styling and finishing, hand cleaners, moisturizing lotions, permanent waves, scalp protector and sun care products. MINERAL JELLY #14 meets FDA requirements based on 21 CFR 172.880 for UV absorbance and also meets USP purity requirements. It is available in US.
