Polyperfluoromethylisopropyl Ether. Fomblin® HC/R by Syensqo is an emollient, moisturizing and conditioning agent. Acts as a binder, skin protectant, plasticizer, anti-caking and release agent. It is a hydrophobic, non-flammable, lipophobic, vapor permeable, chemically- and biologically inert grade. Fomblin® HC/R is used in skin- and hair care formulations. Complies with halogen reports, WEEE and RoHS regulations.
