Silube® CST Di-25 by Siltech is a PEG-free, anionic oil-in-water emulsifier and pigment dispersant. It is an anionic succinic-based carboxy-silicone. It provides silky feel and emulsification for hair coloring and dyeing. Silube® CST Di-25 is used in makeup and sunscreen formulations. The shelf life of this ingredient is 36 months.
