Silicone Quaternium-24. SilPlex® 25-S by Siltech is a unique complex of silicone quaternary compound and anionic silicone compound. It provides outstanding conditioning to hair and skin. It exhibits good compatibility with anionic surfactant. SilPlex® 25-S offers smooth silky feel to skin and can be used for shave products. This grade is very mild to the skin & eye and suitable for use in baby shampoos. Its shelf life is 36 months from date of manufacture.
