Dimethicone/Vinyldimethicone Crosspolymer (and) Lauryl PEG/PPG-18/18 Methicone. Has high internal phase as well as low thickness and is emulsified by silicone emulsifier. It is easy to be diluted and added as well as has good stability. Its conditioning property can be fully showed with silicone emulsifier. Exhibits silky smoothness and excellent affinity to skin. Used in skin care, color cosmetics and body care products.
