Palmaria Palmata Extract (and) Aqua. WHITONYL® by Silab acts as a skin lightening and whitening agent. It is obtained from algae, Palmaria palmata, which has an anti-pigmenting activity. It inhibits melanogenesis and limits transport of melanosomes and photo-induced pigmentation. It provides luminous and ultra-refined complexion. WHITONYL® can be formulated in all lightening and whitening skin care treatments.
