Aqua (and) Butylene Glycol (and) Spiraea Ulmaria Extract. DERMAPUR® HP by Silab acts as an anti-acne, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory active. It is rich in phenolic acids purified from meadowsweet. It re-equilibrates skin ecosystem by stimulating the synthesis of natural antibiotics. It reduces bacterial growth and sebaceous secretion, limits inflammatory lesions and makes skin grain more homogeneous. DERMAPUR® HP is recommended for the treatment of oily skins with a tendency to acne.
