PROGAURDS™ CG

Methylchloroisothiazolinone (and) Methylisothiazolinone. Is a very effective broad spectrum bactericide. It is effective against yeasts and moulds at higher concentrations. Water soluble and compatible with most other cosmetic ingredients such as surfactants and emulsifiers. Sulphated and sulphonated surfactants with high residual sulphite and bisulphite contents require higher levels of PROGUARDS CG. Is effective even at low addition levels, so is cost effective. Globally approved for rinse-off products at 0.1% addition level as supplied. Leave-on products at up to 0.05% addition level globally except in Japan.
