Cyclopentasiloxane (and) TrimethylsiloxysilylCarbamoyl Pullulan. TSPL-30-D5 by Shin-Etsu is silicone-modified, pullulan-based film former. It imparts high long-lasting effect to cosmetics. It forms non-sticky, hard, strong, and glossy films.

It can be used to create preparations with outstanding oil repellence and greater resistance to moisture & rub-off.
It provides good flexibility, non-tacky and wet feel.
TSPL-30-D5 is suitable for sunscreens and make-up products.
