Polysilicone-22. KSP-441 by Shin-Etsu acts as a softening/texturing agent. It is a silicone hybrid powder which exhibits high functionality, superior softness, dispersibility and oil-absorbing properties. It consists of a spherical silicone rubber core whose surface is coated with silicone resin.
