Isododecane (and) Vinyl Dimethicone/Lauryl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. KSG-42A by Shin-Etsu acts as a thickening agent. It is a silicone elastomer which offers smooth and silky skin feeling.

It is 3-dimensional crosslinked silicone gel that improves the stability of personal care products.
It provides matte effect and exhibits good swelling characteristics in hydrocarbon oil.
It shows good compatibility with organic oils and esters.
KSG-42A is used in skin care and make-up products.
