Dimethicone (and) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. KSG-19 by Shin-Etsu acts as a thickening agent. Due to its 3-dimentional crosslinked silicone gel structure, it can diffuse light and give a soft-focus effect, to conceal skin imperfections providing a natural look. It imparts smooth and silky feel to the skin.

It improves the stability of personal care products.
It offers matting effect and good swelling characteristics in silicone fluids.
