Dimethicone (and) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. KSG-16 by Shin-Etsu acts as a thickening agent. It is a fine particle, 3-dimensional crosslinked silicone elastomer. It exhibits good swelling characteristics in silicone fluids.

It provides matte effect, smooth and silky feel to the skin.
It shows good compatibility with silicones.
It improves the stability of cosmetics.
KSG-16 is used in skin care and make-up products.
