Trimethylsiloxysilicate (50%) (and) Cyclopentasiloxane (50%). KF-9021 by Shin-Etsu is a very hard MQ resin film former. It exhibits water & sebum resistance and non-transfer effect. It forms high strength films by volatilization of the oil agent. KF-9021 is recommended for make-up, sunscreen and hair care applications.
