Squalane (and) Vinyl Dimethicone/Lauryl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. KSG-44 by Shin-Etsu acts as a thickening agent. It is a fine particle silicone elastomer with 3-dimensional crosslinked structure. It provides matte effect, smooth, silky and soft skin feel.

It shows good compatibility with organic oils and esters.
It exhibits good swelling characteristics in hydrocarbon oil and improves the stability of cosmetics.
KSG-44 is recommended for make-up and skin care formulations.
