Dimethicone (and) Lauryl Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone/ Bis-vinyldimethicone Crosspolymer. KSG-048Z by Shin-Etsu is a fine particle silicone elastomer. Acts as a thickening agent and has 3-dimensional crosslinked structure. Exhibits good swelling characteristics in silicone fluids and hydrocarbon oil. It imparts smooth and silky feel to the skin. Provides matting effect and improves the stability of personal care products. It is compatible with organic oils, esters and silicones. KSG-048Z is used in skin care and make-up products.
