It is a high molecular weight and velvety-soft spherical powder which provides the finest skin feel through uniform particle size and shape. Enhances the wearability of all wet and dry cosmetic formulas. Provides softness and opacity while stabilizing formulations. Achieves a subtle gloss finish as desired. CeraPURE™ H3-C is used in silky and satiny skin care, powder make-up formulae and color cosmetics formulations.
