Acrylamidopropyltrimonium Chloride/Acrylates Copolymer (and) Isohexadecane (and) Coceth-7. SIMULQUAT™ HC 305 by Seppic acts as a thickener, stabilizer and texturing agent. It gives silicone like feel and repairs hair scalp. It is solvent-free and is produced by inverse emulsion polymerization. It is a pre-neutralized, ready-to-use, cold & hot processable, cationic liquid polymer. It is compatible with solvents and cationic active ingredients. SIMULQUAT™ HC 305 is used in conditioners and hair treatment formulations.
