Triethylhexanoin (and) Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone (and) Polyglyceryl-2-isostearate (and) Hexyl laurate. SILAMER HC by Sensient Cosmetic Technologies is a non-ionic self-emulsifying base for stable W/Si or W/O emulsions. It is highly compatible with different kinds of oils & silicones and with various standard oil thickeners. It increases the stability at low temperature and has perfect spreadability upon the skin with a soft & silky touch. SILAMER HC finds application in formulating skin care, make-up, eyeshadows, foundations and sun care products.
