Exhibits higher chroma, superior lustrous sparkling effect and brighter color. It is used for decorative cosmetics, skin & hair care applications. Offers excellent transparency, no yellowing nor graying effect, intense pearly effect in mass. COVAPEARL® MINI STAR BLUE 6315 has very small size pearls for an even tone upon application and high purity.
