Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein and Water. Promois WG-CAQ by SEIWA KASEI acts as a texturizing agent and anti-static agent. It is a water solution of hydrolyzed wheat protein containing acidic amino acids and cystine, bonded with a quaternary ammonium group at the N-terminal of the peptide. It provides soft & pliable hair, light texture, moisture retention, protection and repairing effect. It contains additives such as butylene glycol (2%), methylparaben (0.3%) and propylparaben (0.03%). Promois WG-CAQ is suitable for incorporation into hair conditioners and hair treatment formulations.
