Hydrolyzed Collagen and Water. Promois W-42KS-12 by SEIWA KASEI acts as a moisturizing agent. It is a water solution of hydrolyzed collagen protein and contains hydroxyproline & hydroxylysine. It provides moisture retention, protection and repairing effect. Moreover, it contains additives like 3% butylene glycol, 0.3% methylparaben and 0.03% propylparaben.
