Hydrolyzed Casein and Water. Promois MILK by SEIWA KASEI acts as a chelating agent. It is a water solution of hydrolyzed milk protein. It contains acidic amino acid and phosphoric ester. It provides moist feeling, protection and repairing effect. It contains additives like 3% butylene glycol, 0.3% methylparaben and 0.03% propylparaben.
