MERKUR 500 USP

Petrolatum. MERKUR 500 USP by Hywax is a carrier for active ingredients and emollient. It is an ointment-like homogeneous mixture of high-purity, hydrogenated, predominantly saturated hydrocarbons. It contains an antioxidant for stability. It protects skin from dehydration and reduces desiccation. MERKUR 500 USP is used in skin creams, baby care, body lotions, fatty creams, hair care & hair styling and ethnic hair care & hair relaxer. It is suitable for lotions, pastes, ointments and base creams. It meets USP, Ph.Eur., PAH, ICH (CPMP/ICH/283/95) and Cosmetics Europe Recommendation No. 14 (oral & lip care).
