Dextran (and) Origanum Vulgare Leaf Extract (and) Butylene Glycol. ITC Bright by ROELMI HPC acts as an anti-redness, protective, radiance promoter, whitening and brightening agent. It is a powerful antioxidant-polymeric conjugate designed to even skin tone. It provides prolonged skin luminosity effect from an innovative and patented technology which entraps the origamum vulgare leaf (Oregano) in a natural polymer controlling its release over time as well as aiding stability. It improves skin radiance, inhibits melanin synthesis, and demonstrates reduction of skin dark spots and skin redness. It is compatible with water phase. ITC Bright is used in lightening emulsions, brightening and radiant serums, anti-aging creams, mature skin and other skin care products. It complies with Nature regulations.
