Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate. RITALAC 138C by RITA Corporation is an anionic surfactant and humectant. It is extremely mild to skin and eyes. This ingredient reduces tackiness in systems containing high concentrations of oils. RITALAC 138C is used in soaps, shampoos, skin lotions, creams and bar soaps.
