RHEOSOL® AP

Sodium Polyacrylate. RHEOSOL® AP by SNF acts as an opacifier, thickener and emulsion stabilizer. It is a water-swellable, anionic homopolymer of sodium polyacrylate, free of carrier oils and surfactants.

It enhances performance whilst promoting the excellent spreading of the finished formulations.
It shows easy dispersion, softening, moisturization, gelling and cold mixing in aqueous systems.
It allows low usage levels, aids suspension and stabilization of other co-ingredients.
RHEOSOL® AP finds application in formulating cream bases, AHA skin care systems, sun care lotions, hair conditioners, and solvent-based products.
It has a shelf life of 24 months.
