Titanium Dioxide (Rutile) (and) Dimethicone (and) Hydrogen Dimethicone. Distinctive® Silken-TiO2 is an aesthetic enhancer and texturing agent. A natural mineral based powder whose surface is treated and processed to provide a soft cushiony feel and a unique silky, creamy texture. Distinctive® Silken-TiO2 resists discoloration and provides excellent transparency as well as improved dispersability. It shows light scattering, improved wear and soft focus like properties.
