Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract (and) Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil (and) Ascorbyl Palmitate (and) BHT. OAT OIL by Provital acts as an emollient, conditioning, moisturizing and skin barrier repairing agent. It is a paraben-free oil extracted from oat seeds. It contains essential fatty acids which help in regulating skin elasticity and restoring skin moisture levels. It is also rich in vitamin E which helps retain water in the skin & significantly reduces skin wrinkles and roughness. It is suitable for sensitive and irritated skin. OAT OIL is recommended for use in skin care applications. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
