Avena Sativa Kernel Extract (and) Potassium Sorbate (and) Sodium Benzoate (and) Glycerin (and) Aqua. OAT EXTRACT H.GL. - M.S. by Provital acts as an antiseptic, anti-aging, filmogenic, purifying, hair conditioning, moisturizing and repairing agent. It is a paraben-free extract in a medium of glycerin/water (50:50) from the seeds of avena sativa, with a plant/extract ratio 1/2. It has high content of proteins & carbohydrates, which provide effective lifting & soothing effect to the skin and reduce abrasion-related redness. It protects the hair from environmental damage, increases elasticity and reduces the risk of breakage. OAT EXTRACT H.GL. - M.S. is recommended for formulating skin care and hair care products. It is COSMOS approved, Vegan & IECIC (China) compliant and Halal certified. It has a shelf life of 36 months.
