Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract. It is a water-soluble powder, is a standardized 100% green tea extract high in EGCG, a powerful polyphenol, with potent antioxidant/free radical scavenging activity to prevent skin cell injury and inflammation that even surpasses the activity of vitamins C and E. Possesses antimicrobial activity against P. acnes, it protects against premature skin aging by inhibiting the collagen-weakening enzyme, collagenase. Premier Green Tea Extract 100% is useful in anti-aging and sun care formulations.
