80% active Olealkonium Chloride in 2-Propanol and Water. Maquat® OAC-DT by Pilot Chemicals is an emollient, emulsifier, cationic surfactant and substantivity agent. Is a plant based product derived from distilled tallow. Acts as a lubricant and conditioning agent. Contains 67% biorenewable carbon, is soluble in water and has high quality, low color. Maquat® OAC-DT is used in clear hair conditioners, mousses, styling gels, lotions and creams. Complies with TSCA, DSL, REACH, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, ECL, NZIoC, PICCS and ASIA-PAC.
