Good film former and imparts high sheen to skin and hard surfaces. It functions, therefore, as a hmectant and protective barrier on skin and will posit on hair from an emulsion to impart manageability and sheen. Used in creams and lotions, mascara, hair styling products, shampoo, lipstick & lip products, hair conditioner, eyeliners and mousse.
