100% active silicone ester. In addition to imparting silicone emolliency and “cushion” in skin formulations, it possesses the special property of being miscible with both water and castor oil. It can also function as a silicone-water coupling agent. Used in creams & lotions, lipsticks & lip products (specifically water-containing lipsticks), aerosol systems, bath products, fragrances, nail conditioning products and make-up products.
