VP/dimethiconylacrylate/polycarbamyl/polyglycol ester (and) VP/polycarbamyl polyglycol ester. PECOGEL® HS-501 forms a flexible, non-tacky film when dry and the film is slippery when wet. Used in mascara as a film former, cosmetic pencils, sunscreens as a waterproofing polymer, water based nail lacquers, facial products in concealers and wrinkle fillers and styling gels and hair conditioners.
