ALKOLAN® CD 90

Palm Kernelamide DEA. ALKOLAN® CD 90 acts as a thickener, foam stabilizer, re-fatting agent, detergent, emulsifier and solubilizer for fragrances and essential oils in the formulation of personal care products. It is an alkanolamide based on natural, renewable fatty acids and oils derived from palm kernels. Exhibits emolliency and neutralizing properties. The re-fatting properties help prevent an over-dry feel caused by the removal of the natural fat from skin and hair by surfactants. ALKOLAN® CD 90 is used in shampoos, soaps (liquid/bar), body and face cleansing foams, bubble baths and shower gels.
