Cetylhydroxyproline Palmitamide. Acts as an anti-aging and anti-wrinkle active. It’s structure is similar to natural ceramides and is effective as natural ceramides. Plays a key role in physiological function of the stratum corneum, makes the skin smooth and delicate, prevents water loss and dry skin & also involves in cell differentiation and other physiological and pathological processes. Repairs the skin barrier, increases the thickness of the stratum corneum & skin elasticity and delays skin aging. Inhibits the invasion of harmful substances, avoiding skin irritation. Enhances the adhesion between keratinocytes, improves dry, scaling, roughness and other symptoms. Used in various skin care formulations.
