Oenothera Biennis (Evening primrose) oil. Acts as an anti-inflammatory, anti-wrinkle, emollient, hydrating, nourishing and restructuring active. It is obtained from the seeds of oenothera biennis by extraction, followed by a refining. It is very rich in essential fatty acids and especially its percentage in gamma linolenic acid is interesting in cosmetics.
