Phymatolithon calcareum (Lithothamnium calcareum) Powder. Algalithe by NUWEN acts as an exfoliant, smoothing, soothing, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory agent. It is a polyvalent active micronized powder. It is obtained from fossilized red macro-algae. It is harvested and finely crushed (32µm) to obtain a multi purposes powder. It contains more than 30 vitamins, amino acids and oligo-elements. It helps the skin to fight against external aggressions. It is a natural alternative to terrestrial calcium carbonate. It is used as a smooth abrasive agent for tooth paste or scrub formulation. It is also used as an opacifying or bulking agent for make-up and soaps. It is non-irritant and is very well tolerated by the skin. It is preservative-free. It is suitable for dull complexion, sensitive and mature skin. Algalithe is used in anti-aging products, remineralizing skin care and other skin care products. It is KOSHER and HALAL certified. It has a shelf life of 3 years.
