Ceteareth-60 Myristyl Glycol. ELFACOS GT 282 S by Nouryon acts as a thickener. It is a polyalkylene glycol derivative used in a wide variety of surfactant systems.

It allows the ability to increase viscosity and produce crystal clear gel & cleansing formulations in a wide pH range (2-12) in surfactant & water systems.
It can tolerate elevated electrolyte levels.
It is used in antiperspirants/deodorants, bath & shower products, color cosmetics, conditioner, ethnic hair, hair color/dye, moisturizer, shampoo, sun protection, skin cream and lotions.
ELFACOS GT 282 S complies with Australia, China, Europe (EINECS), Japan, New Zealand and USA (TSCA).
