Polyquaternium-10. Celquat® SC-140CG by Nouryon acts as a conditioning agent, film former and moisturizer. This water soluble modified cellulosic polymer is highly cationic over the entire useful pH range. It is uniquely designed to be surfactant compatible delivering clearer solutions than cationic guars and starch polymers. It is substantive to hair & skin and provides such aesthetic benefits as improved wet comb, detangling, body, and feel. Celquat® SC-140CG is used in bath & shower products, conditioner, ethnic hair, mousse, shampoo, skin cream and lotion and styling product.
