Stearyl Ethylhexyldimonium Methosulfate (81.5-84.5%). ARQUAD® PC HTL8-MS by Nouryon is a conditioning agent. It is a patented di-alkyl quaternary with a branched chain which offers exceptional static reduction. It provides other benefits such as improved detangling and smoother dry combing. It is compatible with hydrogen peroxide systems. ARQUAD® PC HTL8-MS can be used in leave-in and rinse-off conditioners, conditioning mousses, combing creams and hair masks.
