Cocotrimonium Chloride (32-35%) (and) Aqua (65-67%). ARQUAD® PC C-33W by Nouryon is a conditioning agent. It is a mono-alkyl quaternary based on coconut fatty acid that provides improved hair detangling and a subtle smooth after-feel on hair. Offers good wet and dry combability and clean rinse-ability. ARQUAD® PC C-33W is recommended for leave-in and rinse-off conditioners, conditioning mousses, combing creams, and hair masks.
