Ceteardimonium Chloride (and) Propylene Glycol. ARQUAD® PC 268-75 PG by Nouryon is a conditioning agent. It is a di-alkyl quaternary derived from vegetable-based fatty acids. This unique material provides exceptional detangling, wet combing, and leaves hair soft and silky without build-up & greasy feel. ARQUAD® PC 268-75 PG works well on both damaged and un-damaged hair. This product should be utilized in the following areas: leave-in and rinse-off conditioners, conditioning mousses, combing creams, deep conditioners and hair masks.
