Phytosteryl/Isostearyl/Cetyl/Stearyl/Behenyl Dimer Dilinoleate. Acts as an oil-soluble emollient and pigment dispersing agent. It is an ester composed of plant-derived hydrogenated dimer acid and plant-derived fatty alcohols superior to lanolin with high water holding capacity and refractive index. Exhibits excellent gloss, good spreadability, good touch and good adhesiveness to the skin. It helps to suppress crystal growth. Used in skin care, hair care, make-up products for lips and eyes and foundation.
