Bis-Ethoxydiglycol Cyclohexane 1,4-Dicarboxylate. Neosolue™ -Aqulio by NIPPON FINE CHEMICAL acts as an emollient and moisturizing agent. It is a light, amphiphilic ester with an excellent affinity to skin.

It enhances the penetration of water-soluble active ingredients into both hair & skin.
It provides moisture retention, non-greasy texture, improved foam quality, solubility, cleansing effect and cooling sensation effect.
It helps to easily remove waterproof mascara formulated with film-forming resin when used in cleansing oil.
Neosolue™ -Aqulio repairs the damaged hair by enhancing the penetration of hydrolyzed keratin into hair and recovering the tensile strength.
It also reduces stickiness & greasiness of polyols or oils and can be used as a polyol alternative.
It is suitable for formulating skin- and hair care (neutral hair coloring) products.
It is non-GMO, Vegan and China IECIC listed.
