High concentration liposome solution containing 5% lipids. Acts as a moisturizing agent. It is an outstandingly stable highly-concentrated liposome fluid free of preservatives, stabilizers and thickeners. It contains 0.3% ceramide-2 and the phospholipids and sterol sooth rough skin. It can encapsulate active ingredient in high concentration shows the enhanced penetration effect of the water-soluble ingredient and oil-soluble ingredient. It can be used for Japanese quasi drug and lotion/milky lotion/cream.
