Diethylhexyl Sebacate. FineNeo™ -EHS by NIPPON FINE CHEMICAL is an excellent pigment dispersant with moderate viscosity. This dicarboxylic acid ester possesses great solubility, moisturizing benefits and excellent cleansing ability. It enhances oil-soluble material penetration effect. It shows excellent affinity with pigments and high dissolving ability of UV absorbers. It can be used as quasi-drug product. FineNeo™ -EHS is used in cleansing and UV care products. It is listed in JSQI and IECIC.
